Mombacho Volcano Nicaragua. A Must See For The Lava Loving Tourist!

Rested and ready for my beautiful hike. I flagged down a happy looking fellow on a moped at the market. He rented it to me for the whole day five bucks. It wasn’t a moped rental, just a guy on a moped that could really use the five bucks. Past the coffee plantations to the top of Mombacho. It’s another world up here. I just saw a fiddler head fern that was fifteen feet tall. Someone said if I keep my eyes open, I might see Flash, the resident sloth. Its Jurassic up here big bugs, and huge plants, no human extraction or destruction above 3000 ft. That has been the law for Ions.  It feels like any moment a dinosaur is going to jump onto the trail.
